Having averted an inglorious demise with the frantic last minute registration for the next Serie C championship, all that remains for Turris now is to plan for the future. However, there are still various points to be clarified regarding the next technical management. In fact, to date the majority shareholder remains Antonio Colantonioresigning president, but before registration it was signed with Ettore Capriola a compromise for the transfer of almost all the club’s shares to the incoming entrepreneur, who approached the coral cause in a surprising way, especially given the timing, but decisive for obtaining the bank guarantee.
The lack of official notes at this stage increases the questions, but the private agreement stipulated between the parties would be decisively conditioned by the successful outcome of the procedure pending at the Torre Annunziata court, relating to debt restructuring. Therefore, the formalization of this compromise by the notary it could be postponed to post June 11ththe date which represents the expiry of the 60-day extension to present the debt settlement plan to the Court of Torre Annunziata pursuant to the Business Crisis and Insolvency Code.

In the meantime, Capriola spoke about Turris on social media, talking about a three-year project: “The city has loudly asked to continue along the sporting path of the Lega Pro. The group that accepted the (difficult) challenge has its main pivot in Ciro Giardino, who was the first to accept the call and never held back in commitment to complete the registration process. We need to ferry the company into calm waters and for this reason a sustainable three-year sporting and entrepreneurial project will soon be presented“.
