The “Ask all’Arera” campaign is underway on doubts about electricity and gas

“Ask all’Arera” is the name of the new institutional communication campaign promoted by the Regulatory Authority for energy, networks and the environment, from Monday 10 June, to help consumers, and in particular the most vulnerable customers and the less digitalised, to resolve their doubts about electricity and gas supplies, also in view of the changes linked to the end of the electricity protection service, expected on 30 June. The campaign, explains Arera in a note, has the objective of making citizens aware of the free information and tools made available by the Authority to better understand the energy markets and news, for example to analyze their consumption habits, compare offers on the free market, know your rights or learn to read your bill. It supports the communication actions carried out so far by the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security on the subject of “greater protection”. The communication action will take place through TV and radio spots, on national channels and then on the Rai spaces made available by the Department for Information and Publishing of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, and will also be amplified on the social side with video tutorials which will explain to users in a simple and quick way some of the main issues related to energy supplies. The commercial proposes to rely on the institutional interlocutor, Arera, through the consumer pages on Arera.it and its consumer desk also on the toll-free number 800.166.654.
