Promoted by the Maria and Goffredo Bellonci Foundation and by Strega Alberti, in collaboration with BPER Banca, Media Partner Rai, technical sponsor Feltrinelli Librerie and SYGLA, the #PremioStregaGiovani aims to spread contemporary Italian fiction among young adult audiences, recognizing its and emphasizing their autonomy of judgement.

“I am happy to learn, together with the entire organisation, of the awarding of the Strega Giovani to Donatella Di Pietrantonio, member of the technical fiction jury of the Flaiano International Awards. The book by the Abruzzo writer “The Fragile Age” is an intense story of pain, a news story from many years ago, which happened in Abruzzo on Monte Morrone, which shook the consciences of a community unprepared for such execrable crimes and, through the his language, manages to retrace the events and leads us to reflect on violence and feelings”, is the enthusiastic comment of Carla Tiboni, president of the Flaiano International Awards.
