The young Arezzo rider Marie Bistoni is the new Tuscan show jumping champion. Riding her mare Morning Light DC she won the gold medal in the overall. On the podium with her Matteo Manciati and Thomas Barbini riding Just Me. Marie Bistoni, 26 years old, has been riding horses since she was little. She now trains in the Podere Il Castro equestrian center, owned by her mother Valerie Plum who also follows her in the preparation of the horses. “It was really a great satisfaction – says Marie – also because I obtained this first medal with a mare that we bought when she was three years old and that we prepared with so much passion. With her who is now 9 years old I also recently won a great prize. In addition to my mother, Gianluca Fortinelli also follows me in training.”

Many other Arezzo riders and riders were also on the podium in other categories. Starting with Camilla Boricchi of the Equestrian Center who won the silver medal in the Amazon Championship. Good results also for the TirNaNog equestrian center with Alysia Bazzechi silver and Olivia Rossetti bronze in the First Pony Steps, Giorgia Pini silver in the Pony Hopes, Rebecca Morbidelli bronze in the Senior 1st G, Juan David Benedetti Barberi gold Criterium Senior 1st grade and others.
