Spokesperson for the association is Antonio Storelli.
The association’s attention in this financial year will focus mainly on the issues already addressed, concerning hygiene and urban decorum, safety and, first of all, mobility. In particular, the association has asked the Mayor, branch councilor and Municipal Police Commander for an urgent meeting to discuss the imminent activation of the new 24-hour restricted traffic zone. It will be an opportunity to ask the administration for clarification, for example, on the unclear issue of reserved parking spaces (blue lines) for residents and traders.
“It would have been appropriate – reiterate the representatives of the association – the involvement of inhabitants, traders and professionals in a preliminary phase before the adoption of the council resolution with which the new ZTL was established. The participation of those who live in the historic center in defining such important changes it must not represent a frill, but a method to be practiced constantly”.
