The twenty-third edition of Amici ended two weeks ago, who saw Sarah Toscano triumph, the singer ahead of the dancer Marisol Castellanos. The season, in addition to the talent of the students, was also characterized by clashes between teachers, in particular between two.

For some time now, the talent show created and hosted by Maria De Filippi is one of the fixed and most awaited events by the public at home. This year too Amici proved to be a real success “goose that lays the golden eggs” for Mediaset, recording surprising audience figures, considering that it has been on the air for more than twenty years. The events and the journey of the students within the school continue to fascinate viewers, who carefully follow not only the weekly afternoon appointment, but also the daytime program which follows the daily lessons.
Obviously thanks to the students and their talent, but also to the strong-willed, and according to some in some cases too intrusive, personality of the group of dance and singing teachers who follow them. Among all, the best known is certainly Alessandra Celentano, a feared dance teacher who has clashed with colleagues on more than one occasion for decidedly different views on the discipline. But two other protagonists also caused a lot of discussion: one of them, during a clash, was not at all tender. Here’s what he said.

This year, in addition to Alessandra Celentano, Emanuel Lo and Raimondo Todaro also thought about helping and evaluating the children of the Amici school in the discipline of dance. The latter he is a former well-known face of Dancing with the Stars, and for a few years now he has joined the cast of the Mediaset talent show. The Latinist managed to lead one of his students, Mattia Zenzola, to victory, the first time for a Latin American dancer.
Stubborn character is clear, the former child prodigy of Milly Carlucci immediately showed what he is made of right from the start, and has had no problems clashing with his colleagues over the years. The one who suffered the “fury”, on a recent occasion, was the dancer and choreographer specializing in hip hop Emanuel, due to a judgment that Todaro considered too severe on one of his protégés, Giovanni. The latter was often compared with Nicholas, and this gave rise to a very heated exchange of opinions between the two professionals.
According to Raimondo, the colleague would have interfered too much in the private life of the two students: “I come from sports dance and in sports, when you have a competition, you have to do everything to beat the other person. Then, after the race, we shake hands and go to eat a pizza. You’re the one who then said to Nicholas ‘Be careful, he’s not a friend!’. But mind your own business and leave the kids alone!” Todaro exclaimed during an evening, leaving colleagues and spectators amazed for such an impulsive reaction. Will he calm down, or will he be even more aggressive next year?
