Sofia Raffaeli wins gold at the European artistic gymnastics championships

Budapest, 26 May 2024 – After Baku it is once again gold. Immense joy for Sofia Raffaeli, who today won the most coveted medal in the ball specialty final at the European Championships in Budapest, ahead of the Hungarian Pigniczki and the Israeli Munits in the specialty final.

The Marche region therefore remains continental champion in charge. Already the holder of four continental gold medals in specialties won in Tel Aviv 2022 (hoop and clubs) and Baku 2023 (ball and clubs), she adds another title to her palmares, again with the ball and just missing the triumph at the ribbonwhich would lead her to dye all four of her tools gold.

The ribbon closed the individual competition on the stage Papp Laszlo Sportarena.
