Today at 6.30 pm, YunuStage stops under the Two Towers, at the Cinema Teatro Bristol (via Toscana 146), with the talk ‘Development cooperation. The world begins from the territory’. The guest of honor is professor Romano Prodi, in dialogue with Alice Fanti, director of Cefa Onlus, Daniele Ravaglia, vice-president of Confcooperative Terre d’Emilia, Raffaella Campaner, vice-rector of Unibo, Giuseppe Torluccio, vice-president of the Yunus Italia Foundation, and Valerio Baroncini, deputy director of il Resto del Carlino. There are various topics to be covered, such as the role of the territory for international cooperation paths, collaboration between institutions, NGOs and companies, and then sustainable business models.
The initiative is promoted by MCL – Bologna for the ten years since the death of Senator Giovanni Bersani. At the end of the conference, there will then be a break lasting half an hour. Afterwards, guests and participants will have the opportunity to attend the screening of Bigger than us – A world together, by Flore Vasseur. At 8.30pm, the film which deals with issues of youth activism on environmental issues will start playing.
