Director Massimo Romeo Piparo announced the start of casting for the new one theatrical production Of “West Side Story”.
The audition dates will be communicated to the selected candidates by May 31, 2024. Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of a unique experience, bringing one of the greatest masterpieces of musical theater to the stage.
Roles Wanted
For the show we are looking for two female performers and four male performers for the following roles:
Mary: An extraordinary actress and a very talented singer, with a stage age between 18 and 20, of visible Latin ethnicity.
Bernardo: An excellent dancer and actor, with a stage age between 20 and 24, of visible Latin ethnicity.
Riff: An excellent dancer and actor, as well as a solid singer, with a stage age between 18 and 20, of North American origin.
General Requirements
All candidates must possess:
An excellent preparation in singing
A solid mastery of dance and classical and jazz dance techniques
Gymnastic and/or acrobatic skills

Contractual Details
The contractual period includes:
A 10-day workshop in mid-September 2024
Continuous work from November 2024 to the end of January 2025
Further commitment from the end of June to the end of September 2025
