The name of Fedez he is the only one who appears in the file opened in the prosecutor’s office by the carabinieri of the Moscova station in Milan for the beating he was the victim of Cristiano Iovino on the night between 21 and 22 April 2024. The rapper was reported – technically “referred” – to the judicial authorities for brawling. This is a crime that can be prosecuted ex officio, i.e. without the victim filing a complaint: the personal trainer involved in the divorce case between Francesco Totti and Ilary Blasi, in fact, did not file a complaint after the beating. As several newspapers report today, including Il Corriere della Sera and Repubblica, the other alleged crime is that of injury.
