A 70-year-old man residing in Latina, a psychiatric patient, was subjected to a security measure issued in recent days by the judge for preliminary investigations of the Court of Latina Giulia Paolini who had accepted the request presented by the Prosecutor’s Office.
“It’s socially dangerous.” It is one of the reasons that led the magistrate to issue the measure notified to the man. In the past he had been a member of the police force and many years ago he took leave due to his health conditions. He is suffering from a mental disorder. He is accused of criminal damage. The episode occurred on January 2, 2024 in the center, not far from the Domenico Francioni Stadium and the ring road, when the man stoned a municipal bus.
