Bolzano – La Flying Squad Of Bolzanoin collaboration with colleagues from the Milan Police Headquarters, arrested ETM, a citizen Moroccan Of 24 years, multi-offender and irregular in the territory of the State, in execution of a precautionary custody order in prison issued by Gip of the Court of Bolzano.
The investigation began last March when, in a supermarket in the center of Bolzano, a young foreigner, after having hidden some goods under his clothes, was surprised and stopped by the security guards.
The acquisition of images of the video surveillance system and the testimonies acquired by Flying Squad of the Bolzano Police Headquarters made it possible to identify the perpetrator of the robbery in the aforementioned ETM, a 24-year-old Moroccan citizen who, in the meantime, following an Expulsion Decree issued against him by the Police Commissioner of the Province of Bolzano Paolo Sartori after being caught in a suspicious manner in the city centre, and with a simultaneous Detention Order issued by the Police Commissioner, he was escorted by the Agents of the Immigration Office of the Bolzano Police Headquarters at the “Corelli” Repatriation Center in Milan, where he was waiting to be repatriated.
He was arrested yesterday for aggravated robbery and injuries and transferred to the “San Vittore” prison in Milan at the disposal of the Bolzano Judicial Authority.
“Thanks to a complex investigation carried out by the investigators of the Bolzano Police it was possible to identify and arrest a dangerous criminal, perpetrator of violent crimes and held in a CPR awaiting repatriation – commented the commissioner Sartori –. It is essential for the safety of citizens that individuals who refuse to respect the laws of our country are sanctioned and put in a position not to harm the community.”
