A year later, the City Council ordered the commemoration of the victims and the memory of those tragic episodes in a solemn manner. Therefore, Thursday 16 May, at 12pm, day of the second flood that hit the city, a minute’s silence will be observed in all the offices of the Municipality of Faenza, also inviting the other Public Administrations, the educational institutions of all levels, the representatives of the economic and trade union categories, the police forces and citizens in general to autonomously join the minute of silence as a tangible sign of solidarity and sharing.
