The great Biancocelesti celebration at the Olympic Stadium will be in full swing before 11:00. This event will bring an entire population to celebrate, commemorating 50 years of the memorable triumph of Lazio-Foggia, signed by Lenzini, Maestrelli, Wilson and Chinaglia. Half a century after that significant chapter in the club’s history, the heroes of that time will return to walk on the Olimpico pitch.

The party starts on Saturday
Sunday will be preceded by a prologue on Saturday, from the afternoon until 7.30pm. The Auditorium will host the last exhibition of “Meravigliosa”, which will also be open to Lazio fans the following day, from 2.30pm to 5.30pm.
Anniversary celebrated with commemorative stamp
A key event on Sunday 12 May will be the introduction of a commemorative stamp celebrating the fiftieth anniversary of the first Scudetto. This celebration will take place in the press room of the Olimpico at 10.45am.
Return of the Biancocelesti legends to the field
After the event, all eyes will be on the playing field. Here, the artifices of those historical events, or their heirs in some cases, will have the opportunity to receive the applause of the tens of thousands of supporters present in the stands. They will also be warmly welcomed by the players who are currently part of the Biancoceleste team. They will all be involved in a long and symbolic embrace, making a complete tour of the field. The club’s link the Lazio Empoli match will be directed by the referee Aureliano, the previous ones.
