Link between self-efficacy and creativity, third ‘Edotto Club’ meeting for business culture

The “Edotto Club” meetings continue in Foligno and consequently the path dedicated to entrepreneurs and professionals who intend to delve deeper into the emerging dynamics of the new way of doing business. The goal is to better understand how the time in which we live evolves and how, consequently, we can adapt. “Self-efficacy: the importance of being creative” is the title of the event on Thursday 9 May scheduled for 6pm again at the Edotto headquarters (via Angelo Morettini, 8/F).

The aim is to explore the link between self-efficacy, understood as a person’s belief in having the necessary abilities to obtain a successful result in a particular situation, and creativity: it will be possible to discover that creativity does not only belong to the world of art, but it has a daily and universal dimension that also extends to the working sphere. The protagonist of the meeting will be Francesco Marino, professor of Emotional Intelligence at the Faculty of Economics of the University of International Studies of Rome, author of the book ‘The pleasure of being there’, trainer and coach for companies as well as founder of Creo, a consultancy company and management training that collaborates with Edotto for the appointment cycle.

“Edotto Club” started last March 7th with the meeting “Comparing intelligences: emotional intelligence and artificial intelligence”, which was followed by the second meeting on Thursday 4th April with “Parents and children: the generational transition in the company ”. Finally, after May 9th, the calendar will continue with two more days: “Conflict in the company: a problem or a resource?” (June 6); “A new leadership: from being a boss to becoming a mentor” (4 July). Participation is free and reserved for a maximum of 30 participants. Final aperitif included. To receive more information or to book individual events: WhatsApp 351 574 8489.
