CASALBORDINO. The violent explosion that killed three Sabino Explodenti workers instantly (Read) on 21 December 2020 was the direct consequence of a improper use of gunpowder, not foreseen by the company processing plan, for the preparation of fireworks.

The lawyers asked for the summary judgment. There judgment of the first instance trial is scheduled for Tuesday 4 June.
