The great hall of the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, Cremona campus, offered the setting for the last appointment of the CoachinCremo training course, reserved for companies affiliated with the Gioventù Grigiorossa.
The commentary on the seven training meetings involved various figures from the Cremonese youth sector, from manager Stefano Pasquinelli to members of the performance, technical and psychological areas.
“We wanted to involve all the technicians of our affiliates – explains Pasquinelli – to create a unique method and make people understand how we work within our youth sector. The data was important, the participation was large with 1300 total presences”.
A source of pride for Cremonese, in the name of territorial union in the field of football training. The focus of the last meeting with the technicians of the affiliates outlined the constant growth of Mr. Elia Pavesi’s spring, triumphant in his group and promoted to the top Italian youth championship. The pinnacle of one cantera grey-red that the Coaching Cremo technicians themselves were able to get to know on the pitch.
“Following these training meetings we had the opportunity to host the technicians in our sports center – adds Pasquinelli – to see the training sessions of our boys, from under 9 to under 13. An initiative which had great feedback and which will allow us to continue on this path in the future”.
