Last May 3, Mötley Crüe performed the first of two dates at Hard Rock Live in Atlantic City, New Jersey, where they kicked off their new tour. During the evening, however, frontman Vince Neil was the victim of a disastrous fall.

Still at the beginning of the show, while the group was about to play the 1987 song “Wild side”, performing the song’s famous opening riffs, the singer started jumping from one side of the stage to the other and ended up tripping and falling face-first onto the stage. Quickly, Vince Neil got back on his feet and continued the show despite the accident which, fortunately for him, did not have serious consequences that would send him to hospital like what happened in 2021.

On April 26, Mötley Crüe released the new single which, entitled “Dogs of war“, “marks the beginning of a whole new chapter“. The song is the first since Mick Mars confirmed his retirement from live activities in 2022 and has been replaced by John 5. Precisely during the May 3rd date in Atlantic City, the band played the song live for the first time:
