The young man was in the third year of high school.Professional Institute for Agriculture of Grinzane Cavourafter having been enrolled for a year at Wine School of Alba. He leaves behind his mother Rosalina, his father Beppe, his sister Stella, his girlfriend Marina and many friends and relatives who are heartbroken.
The news of the tragic disappearance spread in the small town of Roero, where the mayor Marco Perosino was notified first and immediately expressed condolences and closeness to the family: “Andrea was here with us at the Spring Festival yesterday morning, then he went to the motorcycle rally. I know the father well, a friend, and I am close to him and all the citizens in this painful moment.”her words.
Reached by the sad news, the head teacher of Umberto I Antonella Germini expressed his regret for the tragedy on behalf of the students and teachers of the school attended by Andrea: “Andrea was a very well-known and loved boy. I express our condolences and our closeness to his family and friends. Tomorrow there will be a minute’s silence in our institutes to remember him and from Wednesday psychological support will be activated for his classmates.”
The prayer vigil will be held tomorrow (Tuesday 7 May) at 8.30 pm, again in the parish of Priocca.
