We are getting closer and closer to May 12th, a day that has rightfully entered the history of Lazio. Exactly on May 12, 50 years ago, in 1974, Lazio won its first, historic, Scudetto. This year, fifty years later, Lazio will take the field at the Olympic Stadium in Rome, to face Empoli. In fact, next Sunday the match will take place at 12.30 pm, valid for the 36th matchday of Serie A.

Lazio, through an official press release published on its website, announced the release of the podcast “The diary of a dream”to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the conquest of the first Biancoceleste Scudetto:
“Lazio Style Radio, in its name, preserves the two main passions of its mission: Lazio and radio, which in 2024 celebrate and commemorate respectively the fiftieth anniversary of its first Scudetto (Lazio) and the centenary of its birth (radio ).
With The Diary of a Dream – Chronicle and History of Lazio 1973-1974 the official radio of SS Lazio celebrates and pays homage to the historic success. A diary that recounts stage by stage, match by match, the triumphal path of the Biancoceleste team.
A story that follows the events chronologically: the construction of the team, the transfer market, the withdrawal, the first official outings, all the championship matches, faithfully reconstructing the football events of the season through the original stories of the press and the most loved voices that have accompanied the fans on Sundays, recreating the atmosphere of the time with music and the historical events of the time.
The diary is made up of 18 chapters, broadcast in six episodes from tomorrow, Monday 6 May, to Saturday 11 May, every day from 7pm to 8pm. The full version will then be broadcast on Monday 13 May 2024, starting at 2.00 pm”.
