RIMINI – Applause and satisfaction for Italy at the European artistic gymnastics championships underway in Riminiwhere several medals ended up around the necks of the competing Italians.
European Championships, Esposito gold on beam
Manila Esposito won a gold on beam (14,400)already triumphant in the general competition and thus once again climbed to the top step of the podium, this time ahead of the Romanian Sabrina Maneca-Yoinea (silver with 14.166) and the French Marina Boyer (bronze 14.033). Fifth position for the other Italian Alice D’Amato.
D’Amato-Iorio, double on uneven bars
