VALMADRERA – The penultimate match of the UNI3 review (University of the Third Age), organized byMunicipal Administration of Valmadrera. During the appointment, entitled “From the carpenter’s shop to Promemoria. A creative and productive reality on an international level“, he’ll be there Romeo Sozzi and will be interviewed by Dr. Carlotta Verdi and from Prof. Antonio Rusconi. The meeting will be held on Wednesday May 8th at 3 pm in the Auditorium Hall of the Fatebenefratelli Cultural Center of Valmadrera.
Romeo Sozzi, third generation of cabinetmakers specialized in woodworking and furniture restoration, was born in 1948 in Valmadrera and studied in Milan at the Brera Academy. A profound lover of his land, he has always lived in the Lecco area, immersed in nature but a stone’s throw from the big city. In the Seventies he made his debut in interior decoration and in 1988 he founded his company, Promemoria, which over time became a creative and productive reality with international appeal, but also an inexhaustible testing ground for innovative projects. The international expansion of the brand, from the historic showroom in Milan, has reached London, Moscow, New York, Warsaw, Hong Kong and Taipei with its own showrooms.
