Primo Maggio Barese: an explosion of music and energy at Parco Due Giugno

It was a free May Day in times when freedom seems undermined. A stage in which each artist was able to actively express themselves on the issues that matter most in this historical moment: no to pollution, stop to environmental disaster, Palestine, genocide, anti-fascism, “because before being musicians, we are citizens and as such we have the right to take sides” the artists say loudly.

The 2024 edition of Bari’s May Day was a bomb. Organized as per tradition by Micky Artuso and Alice Bergamin at Parco Due Giugno, the event was wonderful, involving a heterogeneous audience with a program full of music, entertainment and fun.

The event saw the participation of numerous artists, both emerging and established, from different musical fields. From rap to reggae, from electronic music to black music, the May Day in Bari offered a complete panorama of the contemporary Italian music scene.

Among the protagonists of the event, the rapper Brusco, the rapper Miss Fritty stand out with the participation of the Jungle Brothers, who inflamed the audience with their energetic and engaging performances. But they weren’t the only ones to conquer the scene: the DJ set of Misspiathe “great sage” Easter 33, Sgamo And Puritan they helped create an atmosphere of celebration and fun.

The May Day in Bari paid particular attention to electronic music and black music, with two special stages curated by Rhomanife And Gutter Corplabel managed by Amerigo Benedettelli. An opportunity to discover new sounds and talented artists.

The actor from Bari Giuseppe Scoditti, supported by Alessandro Antonacci of LeZZanzare, conducted the event with professionalism and friendliness, involving the public and creating a great festive atmosphere.

The May Day of Bari has confirmed itself as an event for everyone, capable of uniting different generations and cultures under the sign of music and fun. An opportunity to celebrate work and creativity, in an atmosphere of celebration and sharing.

In summary, this day brought to the stage a rich and varied program of music, entertainment and entertainment for all tastes and all ages, featuring talented, emerging and established artists from different musical fields. Even in the stages lateral to the large stage, space was given to electronic music and black music for fans of the genre and last but not least the fun and effective impeccable management of Giuseppe Scoditti and Alessandro Antonacci involved the audience with sympathy and professionalism, making the event for everyone: an opportunity to celebrate work and creativity in a festive and sharing atmosphere.

The May Day in Bari at Parco Due Giugno was a highly successful event, a sure example of how music and culture can unite people and create moments of joy and sharing.
