The invasion of the Chinese car takes shape China car

After the news of the Chinese ships full of cars with the colossal Explorer No.1 of the BYD (a gigantic cargo capable of transporting 5000 cars in one go), now the nightmare of the invasion takes the form of the incredible aerial photos of the Taicang international container terminal in Suzhou, China. We are talking about a giant conglomerate of three ports (located respectively in Zhangjiagang, Changshu and Taicang) on the lower reaches of the Yangtze River.

Something monstrous by our standards because around 500 million tons of goods are moved here. We are therefore in front of the busiest inland river port in the world in terms of annual cargo tonnage and container volume, as well as the sixth busiest port (in terms of annual cargo tonnage) in the world.

And the images of the port, with the cars piled one on top of the other with columns of three cars (in some cases stacked end-to-end, almost upright, to take up less space), are truly impressive. Of course, we know that since January, overtaking Japan, China has become the number one vehicle exporter in the world for the first time. But scroll through this gallery of the port of Suzhou. And just think that next door there are two other ports, those of Zhangjiagang and Changshu, similar to this one. Without forgetting that this is just one of the many platforms occupied by cars. Here is the perfect representation of the Chinese invasion.
