Which form to use based on the life cycle phase of the public contract? The new DigitalPA webinar focuses on the ANAC Orchestrator, the file that outlines the flow of interoperability cards for each award procedure: appointment on May 9thfrom 10:00 to 12:00.


From 1 January 2024, the date on which it was inaugurated the national e-procurement ecosystem established by art. 22 of Legislative Decree 36/2023the Contracting Authorities are required to digitally manage procurement procedures through certified procurement platforms and to transmit the forms with the requested data to the National Anti-Corruption Authority. This process populates the National Database of Public Contracts, contributing to greater transparency.

The ANAC Orchestrator file, the card history scheme for procurement management

To understand which form to use based on the life cycle phase of the public contract, the so-called is available “Orchestrator”, an Excel file made available by the National Anti-Corruption Authority. The tool allows the Sole Process Managers and delegates to identify the correct form for each type of procedure and to know which forms to send in the subsequent phases.

To guide the ORs and delegates in the use of this new tool, clarify the main doubts of interpretation and facilitate the process of sending information obligations, DigitalPA offers a live training webinars by Dr. Giovanni Salutari, senior e-Procurement consultant, and the lawyer. Lawyer Chiara Colangelo – Lawyer and Legal Consultant at DigitalPA. It is responsible for providing training and support to Contracting Authorities on new regulations, jurisprudential developments and ANAC guidelines on public procurement.

Dr. Giovanni Salutari – Director of the Sulmona office and Senior Consultant in legal and e-Procurement at DigitalPA. He was a professor of criminal law at the penitentiary police officer training school and a member of the examination commission, and regularly carries out training activities with public bodies and companies.
