Due to an accident inside the “La Farina” car parkto Messina, the immediate closure of the structure was ordered to allow the area to be made safe. Following the inspection, carried out by an expert in the presence of the Municipal Police and the Fire Brigade, the car park was emptied and the maintenance teams were promptly dispatched. In particular, this morning a car crashed at high speed into one of the supports of the modular structure that make up the car park, deforming and disorienting it.
The driver of the car did not suffer any injuries nor was there any damage to other parked vehicles. Over the next few hours, the shoring works on the structure will begin to allow the subsequent replacement of the damaged pillar and pins.
