The accusations

Then also Roberto Politi, Alessandro Giuseppe De Gioia, from Mesagne, director of operations of Ntc, Pierpaolo Positano, resident in the province of Pistoia, maintenance coordinator of Ntc; Salvatore Moscogiuri and Andrea Baldi, coordinator of tester operations. To which are added Maria Chiara Calignano, Salvatore Greco and Tommaso Patisso, also in charge of slope management. They are charged with cooperation in vehicular homicide and manslaughter. They are defended, among others, by the lawyers Gianluca D’Oria, Francesco Tobia Caputo, Francesco Galluccio Mezio, Francesco D’Alessandro, Benedetta Venturato, Alessandro Varvaressos, Ennio Alagia, Alain Maria Dell’Osso, Elio Gianangeli, Federico Consulich, and have appointed as its party technical consultants: Alfonso Micucci, Paolo Dal Cecco, Massimiliano Bursomanno, Pierangelo Adinolfi. The defense has appointed its own consultants who will participate in the operations, as these are unrepeatable technical investigations. The lawyers who assist the victim’s family members, as injured parties, did the same. The lawyers are Giuseppe Bonsegna, Giulia Bonsegna and Cinzia Stefanizzi. Yesterday the procedures began, today the first inspection at the track.
