TERMOLI. Last Thursday, April 25, at the “G. Rossini” Music Academy in Termoli on the occasion of the “Meeting with the Maestro 2024” event, the young piano and art students of maestro Domenico Lombardi and modern singing of the teacher performed Suanay Torres Rivero to receive maestro Paul Smith (Composer and Conductor) from the US city of San Francisco, who expressed great admiration and praised the very young artists. Maestro Smith was also struck by the charm of the Borgo Vecchio of Termoli for its architectural lines and the splendid view of the seafront where colors and sounds blend in a single harmony creating a special maritime atmosphere.
Maestro Lombardi expressed satisfaction for the magical cultural moment experienced by strengthening the international exchange activities that the Academy has been carrying out for over 44 years since its foundation. The next meeting of the event will be next August at the Castle of Torella del Sannio and will be crowned at the Academy by summer masterclasses in Cuban Sax, Cello and others under construction, held by masters of high academic standing.
