After the victory against Verona, the Lazio will continue its run towards an unexpected Champions League qualification against Monza. To the microphones of Radiosei the former Biancoceleste footballer Bruno Giordano expressed his thoughts on the form of the Tudor team and on the end of the season. Below are his statements.

“The Champions League remains a mountain to climb for Lazio, the ranking says it, the fact that you would have to overcome two teams and above all there is Atalanta’s calendar which is very affordable, in addition to the fact that they have to recover a match against a Fiorentina who will have nothing to say. There is a little hope, but you have to score 12 points and win against an Inter team that has confirmed that it doesn’t want to give anything away. Even if Lazio were to reach 64-65 points I see teams as decidedly favourites. Just talking about the Champions League, however, is already an important signal. It means that there are qualities, after a moment in which the team was very flat. The Europa League is a good objective, by reaching it Lazio would return to its natural habitat.”

“Tudor is doing a very good job, he has given energy, he doesn’t make excuses about tiredness. A good empathy has been created with the group, just look at Felipe Anderson’s performance and his willingness to do more things. Tudor is a practical technician and has hit the mark within the group. It seems to me that he is also having a good impact on the fans who see that all the members are giving their all, then, as always, the final results will give the judgement.”
