It is expected that the next package of sanctions by the European Commission will propose restrictions on the for the first time Russian liquefied natural gasincluding the prohibition of transhipments in theEU and measurements on three projects LNG Russians, three sources said EU over the past week.
“Attempts to exclude Russia from energy markets and move to more expensive markets continue”he told reporters Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
