It was impossible to keep track of the certificates of esteem and condolences as soon as the news of his death arrived, which took on the appearance of a bolt from the blue. Cologno Monzese found itself forced to say goodbye to the music teacher Gianluca Fabio Lamurawho passed away suddenly over the weekend.

From the Facebook page “You are from Cologno Monzese if…”, which has turned into a sort of virtual book of memories, to the municipal administration, which also wanted to say goodbye to him for the last time from its institutional social profile. Without neglecting the generations of students who, thanks to Lamura, have approached the magical world of music. Everyone wanted to leave a sentence or even a few words to express their pain.
A highly esteemed teacher: the moving video
“A highly esteemed teacher, he passed on his passion for music to generations of Cologne students”, highlighted by the Town Hall. Touching, however, is the photograph taken by his school, the middle school in via Volta, which wanted to pay tribute to him with a video, accompanied by the words of the school director Crowned Nigro:
“His loss leaves a huge void in our school – underlined the principal – In this moment of pain and dismay, I would like to express my deepest condolences to his family on behalf of the entire school community”.
The last earthly farewell
The funeral will be celebrated today, Monday 29 April 2024, at 2.30 pm, at the Santa Maria Ausiliatrice parish of Sesto San Giovanni, in via Matteotti 425. The closing of the coffin will be held at 1.30 pm at the Sesto San Giovanni hospital.
