The Municipality of Positano advises that the Town Council is called into ordinary session for today, Monday 29 April 2024 at 11.30 am on first call and on second call on Tuesday 30 April 2024 at 11.00 am to discuss the topics set out in theAgenda:
1. Communications from the Mayor.
2. Reading and approval of previous session minutes.
3. Acceptance of donation of movable property (works of art).
4. Approval of the articles of association and statute of the Azienda Speciale Consortile Cava – Amalfi Coast (ASCCCA).
5. Approval of the feasibility project relating to the assignment through Project Financing concerning the “Design and execution of regulatory compliance and energy efficiency interventions of public lighting systems and the performance of the maintenance and management service of the same, including the supply of electricity” (Project Financing Procedure pursuant to Title IV Articles 193/194/195 Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 – ex art. 183 Legislative Decree no. 50/2016). Declaration of public interest.
6. Approval of the 2023 financial year management report.
