At the park of Villa Crivelli
He set fire to a palm tree in the Villa Crivelli park among the people. It happened on Saturday afternoon, involving a 12-year-old boy who didn’t get away with it. In fact, a Local Police patrol promptly intervened on site and requested the intervention of the Fire Brigade.
The councilor’s intervention
The very first intervention of the Councilor for Culture also contributed to saving the plant Francesco Fava who, while waiting for the firefighters to arrive, hhad the readiness to use the library’s fire extinguisher to fight the flames.
The boy, however, was identified by the officers, with the parents who have been summoned to the Local Police Headquarters and will be held accountable for the damage caused.

But not only that, because an information sheet will also be sent to the Superintendency and the Juvenile Court since the 12-year-old had a lighter which he used to start the fire.
The Local Police also proposed an educational intervention to increase responsibility at the schoolnot to punish, but to make the young person understand the danger of his action and respect the rules.
Saturday’s intervention is part of a crackdown carried out on the park of the municipal villa with checks in plain clothes and in uniform by the Local Police.
