Burrito Cesar salad: the quick process

For our cesar salad burrito we proceed by starting with the preparation of the super quick and soft tortilla. In a bowl we insert flour, yogurt, oil and salt. We knead all the ingredients until we obtain a soft dough. We get some balls of dough and then we make some thin flatbreads to let rest for about 20 minutes and then cook in no stick pan very hot for a few minutes on both sides. Let the tortillas obtained rest and proceed with the preparation of the filling.

Cut the chicken into fairly thick strips and cook in a pan. Once ready, transfer it into a large enough bowl together with the rest of the ingredients.
