First round of the ABA Liga playoffs concluded in just 9 days, all pairings lasted two games, with the team better positioned in the standings, and therefore with the advantage of playing game 1 and, the possible but never seen, game 3 at home, get through the shift without too many problems. Buducnost who in game 2 finds a much more combative Zadar but still manages to win 80-73 and close the series at 2-0, the same thing happened in the match between Partizan and Igokea where the bianconeri won the home match by a landslide with a net 101-80. On the other side of the scoreboard, no surprises, Studentski after the almost feat in game 1 surrenders to the superiority of the red and white roster, Red Star in fact wins 92-77 and moves on to the semi-finals where they will meet the surprise of this season finale: the Mega Basket also wins at Cedevita 85-71 with an excellent second half and closes the series. The semi-finals will begin on Tuesday, first Partizan-Buducnost then on Friday Red Star-Mega Basket.

PARTIZAN AND BUDUCNOST OVERCOME THE FIRST OBSTACLE WITHOUT PROBLEMS
Two important victories and without spending much energy, Buducnost closes the Zadar practice in two games while Partizan, despite taking risks in game 1, overcomes the fearsome Igokea. The two teams will face each other in the semi-finals for the third time this season, so far the Bianconeri have won both matches and will have the field factor on their side, therefore playing both game 1 and game 3 at home. Series that promises to be very interesting, even if Partizan starts as favourites.
RED STAR, BEWARE OF THE MEGA BASKETBALL!
Having closed their respective series in two games, Red Star and Mega Basket now find themselves against each other in a playoff semi-final which promises to be much more balanced than the one on the other side of the scoreboard. This season the two teams have faced each other twice, with one victory each always away from home. Mega comes to this match at the best moment of the season, eight consecutive victories and the awareness that no one is unbeatable, while their opponents have experienced better moments, in fact in the last 8 matches the red and whites have won only four matches, losing two in the Euroleague and one right against Mega Basket. The public will do their part but this Mega Basket is scary.
