ACQUAPPESA (Cs) – Today the comedians in Acquappesa: the city councilor Aneta Przybylo he shows up at the civic meeting on the wrong day and accuses the mayor of having found the Town Hall closed, threatening to involve the Prefecture.
It happened on April 23rd and the story was documented with a question and answer between the councilor and the mayor.
«The undersigned Aneta Przybylo, city councilor, hereby complains about the
closure of the municipal headquarters to the public during the city council meeting held at 6.15pm on 04.24.24, precluding entry and participation in the session to both the undersigned and any citizens who wanted to participate in the civic assembly”, reads the protest letter.
«She points out that it is obligatory and appropriate that during the session of

And again: «In this case the doors were all closedwas not in possession of keys and was not even in a position to be able to telephone anyone since at that time, as is well known, there was a blockade of the telephone network”.
Therefore, «he strongly disputes what happened and firmly demands his presence
at the council meeting in question otherwise he will have to do so mention to the Prefect.

«It is with regret that we find yours failure to participate in the City Councilwhich among the items on the agenda included the discussion and approval of the 2024/2026 budget forecast, which, however, was regularly held on first call on 4/23/2024 (proper call duly notified by certified e-mail ) and not on 4/24/2024.
This last date, in fact, was the date of second callin which the City Council would have taken place if the quorum had not been reached in the first call.
It is normal, therefore, that on 24/4/2024 at 6.00 pm you found the city hall closed, both because on that date and time no session of the Assizes was taking place, and because it was Wednesday and, as you you know, the municipal offices return in the afternoon on Tuesdays and Thursdays”, concludes the mayor.
