The Lazio Region, through “Lazio Crea”, awarded the “SORA CITY OF TRADITIONS” project.
The project idea that was financed enhances three of the most illustrious initiatives of the popular and cultural tradition of the City of Sora: the traditional dramatizations of the “Passio Christi”, the events linked to the celebrations of “St. John the Baptist between sacred and profane”, the ‘Corpus Christi’ flower display.
Appointments that from year to year renew a feeling of citizenship rooted in tradition which records a great and ever-increasing public success among those who are not from the City of Sora but appreciate its cultural caliber.
Mayor Luca Di Stefano and the Councilor for Culture, Deputy Mayor Maria Paola Gemmiti thank the offices for the work carried out, which has given the City of Sora the opportunity to see the calendar of cultural events offered to citizens enriched.
