The activity of the assistance desks for citizens, technicians of local authorities and experts will also be extended for the month of May in the territory of Lower Romagna, in the Municipality of Lugo, as established by the commissioner structure.
The function of the desks is to provide assistance and consultancy for the investigation to the benefit of qualified technicians for the drafting of sworn appraisals, useful for allowing families and businesses to complete and forward applications for contributions via the ‘Sfinge Alluvione 2023’ IT platform of the Emilia Romagna Region. The offices are made up of staff from the commissioner structure and technicians from Invitalia, the agency of the Ministry of Economy and Finance responsible for the second level preliminary investigation phase.
For the Lower Romagna area, the branches are located in the Carmine di Lugo complex, in via Garibaldi 16.
Citizens and businesses, accompanied by their respective technicians authorized to prepare sworn appraisals, will be received by appointment to be booked via the online agenda available on the portal https://servizionline.labassaromagna.it/Agende-Online and on the websites of the municipalities involved or at telephone number 0545 299111, active from Monday to Friday from 12pm to 2pm. To access you must have a Spid identity.
Initially, appointment bookings will only be possible in the first two weeks of May.
The offices will be open on Wednesdays and Thursdays in May, from 8.30am to 12.30pm and from 2.30pm to 5.30pm (last appointment bookable at 5pm).
