Nardo host Olièthe review of the extra virgin oils from Pugliaa project of “White from idea to event”, created with the contribution of the Puglia Region (Department of Agriculture, Rural and Environmental Development) and the Municipality of Nardò.

Oliè (Olive Oil Lab Innovation and Empowerment), from tomorrow until April 28th will tell what and how many forms does extra virgin olive oil have, symbol of Puglia and pillar of the Mediterranean diet.

The historic center of the city will become a real widespread laboratory dedicated to the culture of Evo oil from Puglia.

A very broad and structured program of events that will involve a vast range of sectors, promoting the area and its food and wine culture, but with the focus always on extra virgin olive oil.

Chef, gastronauts, journalists of the sector, nutritionists, oil millers, sommelier, influencers of food, opinion leaderrepresentatives of associations Of category And consumers they will share their experiences and knowledge, creating an environment full of stimuli and opportunities.

Through laboratories, tastings, show cooking, meetings, Oliè will explore applications and unique characteristics of extra virgin olive oil, therefore how EVO oil can be used in various situations, from Kitchen at the promotion of the territory, passing through the well being and the Health.

The exhibition will open its doors in the morning of Tomorrow, Wednesday 24 April (from 9.30), at the Botanical Garden of the castle with the initiative Oil playdedicated to primary schools.

Oliè will continue on the day of Friday 26 April at the Botanical Garden with i tasting benches of Evo oil (from 10am to 1pm and from 5pm to 10pm) and the live music.
