From their love, on August 21, 1986, he was born Conor Clapton, son of Lory and Eric who died, aged just 5, on March 20, 1991. Conor fell from the 53rd floor of a New York skyscraper, the Galeria. The little boy lost his life in front of the nanny who saw him go through a French window accidentally and carelessly left open by a building cleaner. When Conor died, Lory Del Santo had already left Clapton and was three months pregnant with the entrepreneur Silvio Sardi.
