Solemn session for April 25th, the president of the Liguria Region Giovanni Toti arrives late after the anthem and the celebration having begun

The President of the Region, Giovanni Totiarrived late for the solemn session on April 25th, convened in the regional council chamber at 11am with the professor’s official speech Guido Levihistorian and professor at the University of Genoa and dedicated to the 79th anniversary of the Liberation.

And now also to end the controversies of those who believe that this is a celebration more for some than for others. The April 25th in Italy must be like July 4th in the USA or July 14th in Francea date that represents the whole country.”
