Darfo, collision between three cars on Ss 42. Injured people rescued by ambulances

Darfo Boario Terme. Around thelunch time on Friday one occurred scary road accident in the Darfo area. The operations center of 112 received the first alarm call around 1.15pmat least three vehicles had crashed at kilometer 73.8 of the Ss 42.
The causes of the clash have not yet been reconstructed by the police, what is certain is that two of the three drivers suffered several injuries on impact. The Single Number switchboard immediately activated the rescue chain and several vehicles rushed to the scene: two ambulances, a medical vehicle, a fire brigade unit and some patrols.
The health workers provided first aid on site to the two injured. Apart from the understandable fright, the injuries reported appear to be only superficial and not serious.
Much more important the consequences on traffic: the state road was closed to traffic in both directions to allow the operations of rescue, relief and removal of damaged vehicles.
