CARRARA – The opening of the concert cycle at the Ridotto del Teatro degli Animosi is entrusted to a historic duo of great artistic level, composed of Alberto Bologni on the violin and Giuseppe Bruno on the piano. In the repertoire, music by Mozart, Puccini, Bruno-Puccini, Marianelli-Puccini. The performance, starting at 6pm, inaugurates the “I Concerti del Ridotto” series on Friday 19 April, organized by the Municipality of Carrara, with the artistic direction of an exceptional musician, Bruno Nicoli from Carrara, permanent director of the Musical Complexes stage manager at the Teatro alla Scala and conducting teacher at the Accademia del Teatro alla Scala. His artistic project envisages, also in view of future developments, the involvement of well-known classical musicians, some of whom come directly from the Teatro alla Scala orchestra, and the valorisation of young talents present in our territory.

Ticket price: full price 10 euros, reduced 5 euros for under 20s and Conservatory members. Tickets can be purchased at the Teatro Animosi box office on Friday 19 April, from 10.00/12.30 and from 16.00, or at full price on Vivaticket. It is possible to write an email to [email protected]. “The Concerts of the Ridotto” will continue on Tuesday 14 May, 6.00 pm: for the ‘Prime Parti in concerto’ series, Francesco Manara, concertmaster of the Teatro alla Scala, and Bruno Nicoli on the piano will play, with music by Mozart, Beethoven, Massenet, Bazzini-Verdi. For the “Giovani Promesse” review, Saturday 1st June, 9.00 pm, Carlo Solinas on the piano: music by Bach, Mozart, Chopin in the repertoire.
