“Negotiations with the trade unions resumed today at Aran for the renewal of the national collective labor agreement for the three-year period 2022-2024, which concerns 581 thousand employees in the healthcare sector. I am particularly pleased to highlight the importance of the support and close collaboration between Aran and the Sector Committee of the Regions, led by President Marco Alparone, as well as the support of Ministers Zangrillo and Schillaci, factors which are favoring the progress of the negotiations” . This was stated by the Aran president, Antonio Naddeo, at the end of the meeting which examined the provisions relating mainly to trade union relations and the professional system. “Despite the normal conflicts – he added – in particular on the issue of available financial resources, the climate during the discussions was positive and constructive, a clear sign of a common commitment to reaching a satisfactory agreement for all parties involved. In the next meeting, scheduled for May 7, the attention will shift towards the system of assignments and the economic allocation for the renewal, equal to 1.5 billion euros”.
“The path to the definitive signature of the contractual renewal – concluded Naddeo – inevitably passes through the consensus of the unions. I am confident that, with the continuation of the dialogue established, we will be able to find the appropriate solutions to reach an agreement satisfactory for all”.
