The promotion and tasting event dedicated to the wine labels of Friuli Venezia Giula, promoted by the Gowine Association of Alba, took place on Monday 8 April in Milan at the NH Collection Touring Hotel, an event open to industry professionals and wine lovers.

The event featured not only great whites (representing approximately 85% of the entire Friulian sector), but also some signature reds (both from native and international grapes) which were able to emerge in the various suitable areas of the Friulian region .

This interesting moment of in-depth analysis by Gowine saw 4 Friulian producers present, as well as a well-stocked selection of labels in the wine shop.

Borghi d’Europa, which has long communicated the wine excellences of Friuli in the Eurovinum International Path, Landscapes of Vine and Wine, participated in the tasting stand, finding the following truly valuable:

– The Ribolla Gialla Doc Fco 2022, the Friulano Vigneto Storico Doc Fco 2022, the Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso Riserva Doc Fco 2018 and the Pignolo Riserva Doc Fco 2014 from Gingate di Corno di Rosazzo (Ud)

– The Friulano Doc Bon Blanc, the Pinot Nero Doc Nemas I° and the Vermouth di Ramandolo (suitable to become Ramandolo Docg) from Gori Agricola di Nimis (Ud)

– The Friulano Doc Friuli and the Merlot Doc Friuli from the Tonutti agricultural company of Tavagnacco (Ud)

– The Friuli Doc Isonzo Rive Alte Friulano Bio 2021 from Sant’Elena di Gradisca d’Isonzo,
