Childhood in the community of San Patrignano
Letizia Petris’ parents are known in the community of San Patrignanowhich they had both entered for dget off heroin. “Mom was 17, dad was 25”, the girl tells Silvia Toffanin. I have never risked getting close to the world of drugs. My mother made mistakes with me because she was so terrified that I would make her mistakes, that I didn’t have the chance to live an adolescence like other children. Until I was 13 I was in San Patrignano all the time and this led me to not know real life, I had no idea of the world outside.
The loss of his father Osvaldo at 20 years old
When she was 20 years old, Letizia lost her father Osvaldo to leukemia. A diagnosis that came suddenly and put both her and her mother to the test. “He left quickly, in front of me and my mom. He was in a comathe doctors told us that we had to choose whether to turn off the machines, then he decided to turn off himselfo”. After the death of her father, the girl and her mother experienced a period of depression: “For almost six months, I no longer wanted to leave the house. I had bad thoughts, I didn’t want to wake up in the morning.”
Love with Paolo Masella born in GF
In the GF’s house, Letizia met and fell in love with Paolo Masella, with which he currently sees a future. “My father would love Paolo, as he has never loved any man in my life“, admitted the competitor. “She is a woman with a unique strength, stronger than a rock, I couldn’t help but fall in love with such a strong person, for me it goes beyond everything”, said Paolo. They both dream of becoming parents.
