The activity of the assistance desks for citizens, technicians of local authorities and experts will be extended for another three weeks, starting from 9 April 2024, also in the territory of Lower Romagna, in the Municipality of Lugo.
This was ordered by the Extraordinary Commissioner for Reconstruction, General Francesco Paolo Figliuolo, following the positive feedback from the initiative and in consideration of the high number of bookings by technicians and experts.
The function of the desks is to provide assistance and consultancy for the investigation to the benefit of qualified technicians for the drafting of sworn appraisals, useful for allowing families and businesses to complete and forward applications for contributions via the “Sfinge Alluvione 2023” IT platform of the Emilia Romagna Region. The desks are made up of staff from the commissioner structure and technicians from INVITALIA, the agency of the Ministry of Economy and Finance responsible for the second level investigation phase.
For the Lower Romagna area, the branches are located in the Carmine di Lugo complex, in via Garibaldi 16.
Citizens and businesses, accompanied by their respective technicians authorized to prepare sworn appraisals, will be received by appointment to be booked via the online diary available on the portal www.labassaromagna.it and on the websites of the Municipalities involved or on the telephone number 0545 299111, active from Monday on Fridays from 12.00 to 14.00. To access you must have a Spid identity.
The offices will be open on Wednesdays and Thursdays in April, from 8.30am to 12.30pm and from 2.30pm to 5.30pm (last appointment bookable at 5pm).
