The first thing to do in this case is to unplug the mobile phone from the electrical socket: if the cell of the phone is damaged, due to swelling, it can explode and even start fires.
Unplugged, problems could arise for numerous conditions. It’s often a simple temperature issue, with the humid weather which unfortunately doesn’t help our cell phones. We need to understand where the film of humidity has crept in, which may have ended up inside the cable or in the internal spaces of the mobile phone. For the smartphone, you can try drying it with silicon gel or immersing it in rice for 48 hours, so that any liquid present is absorbed. In these cases, you can also take it to a technician authorized by the telephone company of our product, who will intervene with more sophisticated means. For the USB cable, beyond the costs which can be high, we always recommend changing it. Usually these problems can appear when the product or the phone battery itself wears out: this is why, at least for your cell phone, it may be necessary to take it to a specialized technician and have him carry out a careful examination of the conditions.
