In these hours, around 10.30 on X (formerly Twitter) and a few minutes later also on Facebook, Vodafone published a specific post in which it apologizes with all its customers who are having difficulty accessing support channels, such as Customer Service which is currently unable to be contacted.
The text of the post, in particular, is the following:
We apologize to all our customers who are having difficulty accessing support channels.
We are working to restore service as soon as possible.
As Vodafone specifies in this communication, which in the Facebook post is also accompanied by an image which still shows the same text, the operator’s technicians are currently at work to restore service as quickly as possible.
