Our review

In our review of Still Wakes the Deep, which undoubtedly ranks low on the rating list, we underlined a series of objective aspects, such as the brevity of the adventure, its excessive linearity and an optimization that on PC leaves a lot to be desired with respect to visual quality.

We also expressed some doubts regarding the plot, which in our opinion was derivative and incapable of surprising during the four and a half hours needed to reach the end credits, but this specific element certainly lends itself to a subjective interpretation and probably did the difference in the scope of assessments.

However, if you have a subscription to Xbox Game Pass you can try Still Wakes the Deep at no additional cost and experience Caz McLeary’s adventure firsthand.
